Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The room was well-equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine and Babor products, although the lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable on a particularly hot day. The service was excellent, with cooperative and always smiling staff offering fantastic assistance. The location, while not in the nicest area, was convenient and central, making it easy to explore the surroundings. The dining experience was enjoyable, with a great selection of food, although some dishes seemed to be based on leftovers from the day before.
My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms, although facing a parking garage, were surprisingly cozy, clean, and luxurious. The building across the street was peaceful, and the amenities were fantastic. The service was helpful and always greeted with a smile, although we felt a bit ignored when trying to dine at the restaurant. The location was really good, centrally situated with many great dining options nearby. The dining experience was a highlight, with an awesome selection that made it the best hotel in Norrkoping. The facilities were top-notch, adding to the overall positive experience.
My stay at the hotel was excellent. The rooms were spacious with a view towards a parking garage, offering a king-size bed and tasteful decor, though lacking a scenic view. The service was exceptional, resembling the charming Sam Smith and with the voice of Pavarotti singing happy birthday. The location, although not that big, was very convenient close to the old harbor, providing relaxing and beautiful surroundings. The dining experience to the more modern and healthy kind was surprisingly good, with a lovely selection to satisfy different tastes. Overall, a wonderful experience with minor room view limitations.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable but a bit dark due to temperature reasons and located in the main building. The service was lacking as they ignored us at the restaurant and couldn't provide another room when needed. However, the staff was very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful, and the breakfast was both nutritious and delicious. The location was very convenient, close to the old harbour. The dining experience was delicious, on par with international boutique hotels.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were super cozy, clean, and luxurious, offering a spacious and beautifully designed space. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning on a particularly hot day. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially with an out-of-hours check-in, but we were a bit disappointed when no one served us in the restaurant. The location was very central, convenient close to the old harbor, and surrounded by great restaurants. The dining experience was amazing with a high quantity of delicious food, and the facilities were top-notch.
